THE STREETS — FACTION WAR RULEBOOK

 WAR FORMAT
Win Condition:
• Standard wars are First to 5.
• Both faction leaders may agree to a First to 3 before the war begins.
Team Size:
• Standard wars are 4v4 - 8v8.
• 3v3 wars are ONLY permitted on approved small maps designated by War Administration.
• Any map not approved for 3v3 must follow the standard 4v4-8v8 requirement.
Lineups:
• Each faction is allowed one (1) substitute.
• The substitute must be declared before the roster is locked.
• Both teams must post their full lineup, including their substitute, inside the war ticket.
Maps:
• The war location must be agreed upon before the war begins.
• Once both teams agree on a map, it cannot be changed unless approved by both teams and War Administration.
War Attire:
• All participants must wear matching outfits throughout the entire war.
• If a female character cannot wear the exact outfit, they must match the team's colours as closely as possible.
• Changing outfits during an active war is prohibited unless approved by War Administration.
Alliances:
• Allied factions may participate only if both faction leaders approve before the war begins.
• If no alliance is approved, each faction may use one allied player.
• Allied players do NOT receive the official faction war win.
• You must always have more of your own faction members playing in the war than allied players.
 WAR RESTRICTIONS
• Only one active faction war per faction at any time.
• Maximum of four (4) faction wars every 24 hours.
(Rolling — each war frees its slot 24 hours after it was fought.)
• Only Founders, Leaders, Co-Leaders, and First Ladies may accept or confirm faction wars.
• Every participant must already have the proper faction role before the war begins.

 ROSTER LOCK
• Once both teams lock their lineup, the roster is FINAL.
• Only players listed on the locked roster may participate.
• No players may be added, removed, or swapped after the roster has been locked.
• The only exception is the one declared substitute listed before roster lock.
• If anyone not on the locked roster participates, War Administration may issue:
Round Replay (RR) / Round Loss / Full War Disqualification.

 START TIME
• Both teams have 10 minutes from the scheduled start time to begin.
• Failure to be ready within the allotted time may result in a Full War DQ.
• Wars may not exceed 2 hours.
• War Administration may end, restart, or disqualify any war that exceeds the time limit.
 DURING THE WAR
• All participants are expected to follow the instructions of War Administration at all times.
• Failure to comply with War Administration during an active war may result in a
Round Replay (RR), Round Loss, Full War Disqualification, or additional punishment.
• Any form of cheating, exploiting, foul play, or rule manipulation discovered during
an active war may result in the war being paused, restarted, voided, or disqualified
   at War Administration's discretion.

 POV RULES
• Each team may request one (1) POV per round.
• POV requests must be made immediately after the round ends.
• Additional POV requests require War Administration approval.
• If you kill 3 or more players in a round, you must auto post your POV for all kills.
• Death POVs must clearly show at least 10 seconds before death.
• Requested POVs must be submitted within the time provided by War Administration.
• Failure to provide a valid POV counts as a Failure to Post (FTP).
• Every participant is expected to have clipping software running before the war begins.
• AMD and NVIDIA clipping only.
• All clips must be retained until the war is officially closed.

 STARTUP CLIPS
• Startup clips are only required if a player crashes, disconnects, times out, or reconnects during the war.
• If requested by War Administration, the player must immediately post their startup clip, or join the designated Startup Verification VC.
• Failure to comply may result in: Round Replay (RR) / Round Loss / Full War Disqualification.
• Edited, corrupted, incomplete, or missing startup clips may be treated as a Failure to Post (FTP).
 FAILURE TO POST (FTP)
• 1st FTP = Round Loss.
• 2nd FTP = Round Loss.
